Welcome to QuickWills UAE. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services provided by QuickWills UAE ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") for preparing ADGM and ADJD will documents in the United Arab Emirates.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description

What we cover:
- Comprehensive UAE asset coverage under the ADGM or ADJD route
- Arabic translation and notarisation support
- Guidance on the relevant court's procedures and requirements
- Eligibility routing between the ADGM and ADJD routes
Our services include will document preparation software, document generation, Arabic translation, and guidance on the legal execution process for your selected court route. We do not provide legal advice or representation.
3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Have legal capacity to enter into contracts
- Meet the jurisdictional requirements for creating a will in your chosen UAE jurisdiction
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Own assets in the UAE that require will coverage
4. Account Registration and Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Immediately notifying us of any unauthorised access
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Platform Fees
Our platform fees are:
- Estate & Guardianship Will: AED 1,500
- Estate Only Will: AED 1,200
- Guardianship Only Will: AED 950
The platform fee includes:
- Complete will document preparation process
- Document generation
- Arabic translation included
- Edits before finalisation
- Account access while the service is active
- Email, WhatsApp and live-chat support
5.2 Additional Costs
The following costs are not included in our platform fee:
- Government/court registration and notarisation fees, paid directly to the relevant court (approximately AED 1,520 for ADGM, or AED 950 for ADJD)
- Legal consultation fees (if chosen)
5.3 Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us at support@quickwills.ae. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Except as provided under the ADJD acceptance guarantee below, refunds do not apply to government fees or third-party service costs.
5.4 ADJD Acceptance Guarantee
If the ADJD Civil Family Court declines to register a will prepared through our platform, we will refund the platform fee you paid for that will in full. If ADJD collected its registration fee for that application and does not return it, we will reimburse that fee as well, so you are not out of pocket.
- To claim, contact us at support@quickwills.ae within 90 days of your purchase and include ADJD's rejection notice or correspondence.
- The guarantee does not apply where registration fails because of inaccurate or incomplete information you provided, because ADJD's filing or notarisation steps were not completed, or where you chose not to proceed.
- For mirror wills, the refund covers the affected will's share of the pair payment, or the full payment if neither will can proceed.
The guarantee covers registration only. It is not a warranty about how a registered will is applied, interpreted, or given effect by any court or authority in the future.
