Who can use the ADGM wills route?
The ADGM wills service is for non-Muslim individuals aged 21 or over who own assets in the UAE.
What can an ADGM will cover?
UAE assets
The ADGM Notary Public can notarise a will for assets anywhere in the UAE, including outside Abu Dhabi.
Guardianship wishes
An ADGM will can appoint guardians for your minor children.
Foreign assets
An ADGM will can cover assets outside the UAE. Probate for those assets happens in the country where they sit.
